DO YOU HAVE THE RIGHT STUFF?
At Carbonite Protect we have an intensive screening and onboarding process. We are strong advocates of keeping standards high within the private security industry and that starts with the right staff. Our screening process begins with the steps set out below. This is then followed by a further screening and an interview process by our recruitment team. Applicants must meet the below criteria before they are considered for further screening.

SIA license
Right to work
Bank account
PAYE
You must be over the age of 18
You must hold a valid SIA license
You must have the right to work in the UK
You must have a bank account in your name
You must be able to complete a new starter form and receive you wages via the PAYE system
5 year history check
You must be able to prove your employment or education for the last 5 years
English language
You must have a high level of spoken English language
