The Carbonite Protect team brings with it a wealth of experience unique to the Security Industry. Specialising in venues who are looking for a higher standard of security services, we work with some of the most contemporary brands and venues in the country. Our management and security teams have run some of the most notable events in London and the UK over the last 20 years. The services we offer cover a wide spectrum. From music venues and festivals, to exhibitions, bars & restaurants and corporate events. Our management team comes with decades of experience in security event planning and full building management. We work hard to get the right staff to the right position, providing a personal bespoke service and delivering well trained, professional security team.

OUR TEAM

Hard working, professional and reliable, our highly trained and experienced team are here to take care of all your security needs. We provide both SIA certified team members, customer services representatives, reception managers and assistants and stewards to assist in your venue or event.

We work with you to make sure the staff we provide are right for your venue and customers. Our management team will assess your security needs and allocate security staff accordingly.

TEAM TRAINING

Whether staff come to us as experienced door supervisors or new to the industry, they are all put through our bespoke training program. We expect a high level of commitment and customer care from our staff and all new staff work alongside experienced member of our team to assess if they are "carbonite material". Once staff have passed our initial induction stage, they will then continue receive further training and attend specialist Security, CCTV, Anti-Terrorism, Health and Safety and First aid courses. We regularly meet with our clients to discuss any further training or security procedures that can improve our service. We are dedicated to keeping our team up to date with the latest security training and procedures so we can provide our clients with the best service possible.
